What:
Exquisite Deli is a west London purveyor of fine foods originating from South Tyrol, Italy. We source and import exquisite delicacies direct from Italy to London for resale at some of the city’s finest, specialist markets.

Who:
Native South Tyrolean, Thea Wunderer, has been in London for over ten years. A desire for flavours from home and a distinct niche in the London market led to a collaboration with her brother Klaus and the birth of Exquisite Deli.

Why:
Located in the Alps on the Northern border of Italy, the cuisine of South Tyrol offers up distinct flavours in its mix of alpine culture and Italian sophistication. Rural traditions fuse with Mediterranean influences to create unique locally sourced produce, such as Speck, gently smoked ham, and Schüttelbrot, crunchy flat bread.

Where:
Currently retailing in west London at Maida Hill Market, we intend to spread our wings further-a-field, with the aim of supplying exquisite delicacies to all four corners of the capital. Watch this space.
