The White House is a fantastic combination of bar, restaurant and night club in the heart of Clapham. The music is a mix of both current and classic house faves.

The White House is situated on Clapham Park Road - a short walk from Clapham Common station (Northern Line).

The White House can justifiably claim to be a mainstay of the Clapham late night scene and a firm favourite with the South London party crowd.

Set over three floors, the venue features a ground floor nightclub and dance floor, with the main restaurant area, a first floor roof terrace perfect for sipping summer drinks in the hazy sunshine, a comfortable lounge, and two second floor private dining rooms holding 10 and 26 people respectively.

Drinks wise, they offer premium beers wine and spirits as well as a thoroughly modern, exotic and extensive cocktail list. On the terrace they serve Pimms, sangria and draught Kronenburg.

The White House is a really nice bar that stands out as being a cut above the rest in Clapham. The music is a good mix of pop, rnb and funky house. The drinks are really cheap and often on promotion, so watch out for that! Also the layout of the bar has changed, the sunken area has a great relaxed atmosphere; whereas the seated area near the bar is a bit more live. Everyone who parties here is just looking for a good time in a nice venue. I would definitely recommend The White House.

Finally a Thursday to go out in Clapham!! Poptastic has returned to its Clapham based roots and now raises the roof every thursday with the cheese to please! tunes form the 70s 80s 90s club classics and anthems every thursday at the whitehouse. There is also crazy drinks promos including 2 4 1 and to top it all off, its FREE ENTRY!!

The 1st venue I Dj-ed in London. It was all I imagined London to be. A bit like my home town (NYC), but, way better for House Music. Thanks guys for a brilliant party. If you missed it have a listen to my set http://readthecrowd.podomatic.com/ xxx Corey Gibbons

I have been to the White House a few times now, as everyone raves about the place. I find it very pretentious and bland! Perhaps the place does not suit me but I certainly will not be going back, unless I get out voted.
